1. Eligibility

Our programs are designed for individuals aged 14 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Before participating in any fitness or physical training program, you should consult your doctor or physician. Army Fitness Guru Academy will not be liable for any injuries, health issues, or physical complications arising from training.

3. Code of Conduct

• Respect trainers, fellow trainees, and staff.
• No abusive or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
• Use of drugs or alcohol during training is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All program fees must be paid in advance. We do not offer refunds once training has commenced. However, in special medical or personal circumstances, management may allow partial credit toward future sessions.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, images, and training material are the property of Army Fitness Guru Academy. Copying, reuse, or redistribution without permission is prohibited.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
